At ProStrategy we are different. 

Our consultants have many years experience in delivering mission critical applications to our customers. As a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner we have the requisite skills and resources to implement and support these applications to the highest standard. 

Why are we different? 

We will take the time to learn how your business operates and to understand your target markets. This allows us to develop solutions that often go beyond the expressed needs of an organisation, and in this way we are often in a position to suggest new ways to automate the business and integrate the technology solutions on offer. 

We start by identifying our customer's pain points to identify the critical areas which will benefit from an automated solution. 

After a free consultation day ProStrategy will recommend the best approach towards achieving improved productivity and decision making in an organisation. 

We work in a partnership approach with our customers to deploy solutions in line with a strategy that will suit the customer while reducing the project risk. 

Some customers prefer to change the process and then automate it, while others will automate what they already have and re-engineer the process over time. 

We usually commence with a Customer Needs Analysis where our consultants will identify where automation can bring efficiencies, and at the same time deliver a return on Investment. This results in a Functional Requirements Document (FRD) which sets out the high level requirements and establishes the key deliverables and outline timeframe. This is followed by an Extended Design Document (EDD) which describes in detail each step of the project and includes all aspects of the work to be done together with committed timescales.
