Nilex Surveillance

The surveillance module is completely integrated with OP5 Monitor. OP5 Monitor is a complete network surveillance system for IT-infrastructure. In all surveillance, it is important that alarms are documented with a piece of information about what has happened, when it happened, who has solved the problem, and how much time it took to solve it. The alarms receipted in OP5 Monitor automatically generate cases in NilexPlus HelpDesk.

Nilex SLA Module
