Maintenance And Hotline Support - We provide a standard maintenance service during the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding Bank Holidays.
The maintenance service provided is for all types of support bases on the terms of the contract and the payment of the appropriate fee.
The maintenance service covers the operation of software provided by ProStrategy or through ProStrategy.
We endeavour to answer promptly queries raised by customers concerning the use or application of the software
We will support proprietary software during the currency of that software edition and to the extent that the manufacturer’s support permits.
We provide various levels of support to the client depending on the fee paid; some of these arrangements may include the upgrade to new versions of software at no extra charge.
