Education & Training
While the QlikView user interface is designed with a high degree of usability and interactivity in mind, training still remains a key component to achieving a high initial and long-term end user acceptance. It is also important for your IT staff to be able to maintain and administer the QlikView environment, and maybe also to modify or develop new QlikView-based applications.

To support your training needs, QlikTech provides both online and classroom training courses for QlikView developers and administrators. These courses are offered both as regularly scheduled standard courses and as fully customized courses provided on site at your location. Customer-specific on-site end-user training, often in conjunction with the on-site implementation, is also available.

QlikTech is committed to providing its customers with easy and quick access to a QlikView Customer Support representative in case you encounter issues or problems with the installation, configuration or use of QlikView. We always aim to be highly responsive to your support inquiries, realizing that QlikView is an integral part of how you effectively analyze and manage your business.

Under QlikTech's Annual Update and Support (AUS) agreement, all customers that are current on AUS have unlimited access to customer support via email or telephone through their designated Customer Technical Contact.
